Tiger 900 RP: size of bolt to attach the horn?

The bolt that attaches the horn onto my 900 RP fell off after 2.5k km. The horn is now hanging by the wires. Does anyone know the bolt size (M6, M8 ?) and the length? Is there a specific torque to make sure it doesn’t just work loose again? Thanks.

If it's like the 800 it's an M8 from memory

Like he said^ ^M8, I had it in my hand last week, I'd guess 20mm long max. Stick a spring washer on it.
Edit: I'd make it 16mm to fit spring washer.

Thanks so much. I’ll go and look for a short M8 and washer then. :)

That is for the T800, we're guessing the 900 is same.

I can confirm it’s the same. Put in the 16mm M8. Thanks
