Replacing Triumph 800 xcx headlights guidance
« on: April 09, 2021, 12:21:52 PM »
Hi
I am searching online for a easy to follow guidance on how to replace my bike's headlights - a recent drop cracked the headlights cover so got a replacement - thanks for pointing me to Fowlers Parts - but now I am struggling to remove the old headlights.  Any help MUCH appreciated!
Cheers
Jeff

The removal procedure looks fairly straightforward according to Haynes Manual. It requires cockpit panel to be removed and also windscreen if no-adjustable. Then undo the two headlight mounting bolts on either side and disconnect harness before removing headlight unit.
