As the title says what grade are you all using on the 2016 xrx or equivalent,  and the rationale?
Haynes manual says SAE10

If you want more cushion, go to a higher weight.  I went to a 15w in my old 2014 800 XC.  It helped, but wasn't enough.

I ended up going with fork cartridges to really get the compression I wanted.  Oil will help with minor adjustments, but go for new springs if you are heavier than the "standard" rider (whatever that means).
