Nitron shock ordered three weeks ago from Brooks, gave them a call yesterday for a update, shock is not even in production yet with a further 4/5 week lead time , Not impressed.

Nitron build to order and afaik typically have 4-6 week lead time. As it is mid summer in Europe and there would be a huge pent up demand based on little or no riding for the last 18 months then I think there being a 2 week or so longer than normal lead time is to be expected. Give the guys a break and understand the realities of the manufacturing system at the moment just be thankful that you only have to wait a couple of weeks rather than anything up to 6 months additional like many customers are waiting for manufactured goods from around the world.

Fair comment , but we are talking about a Mono shock which Nitron claim uses the same basic components throughout the Range, Not a North Sea Oil Exploration Platform!!!
