Where do you buy your tyres from?

Hi all, I have a question for you and I don't mind what the answer is!

Where do you buy your motorcycle tyres from?

And if you buy them from a company like MyNetMoto, Oponeo, MyTyres, TyresPneusOnline (who are all based in Europe but often have a registered UK address and try to look like they're in the UK) what has been your experience with delivery times and additional delivery charges? Here at Two Tyres we know these companies claim to stock everything and when you order, they often struggle to find the stock and get it to you.

I'm interested in where you get your tyres from and the experiences of any members here, especially those who have bought tyres from Europe.

Thank you for your time.

I've always found that my local dealer can price new tyres, fitted to loose wheels, very close to online prices...

I use a local bike tyre specialist; does tyres and MOTs, but not a bike dealer.

Thank you for your time.                       I buy when prices are right and not when i actually need them. Currently got 4 in the garage. Last purchase was from m&p on ebay. I bought a 170 60 17 avon trailrider for my explorer rear. 49.99 delivered. These are good tyres and never flinched even when hard pushed on heavy explorer. When ive finished with the originals on my 900gt that will be getting avon trailriders aswell. Think they are softer carcass or something as they are a plush ride.

I may be mistaken but I think this company is what used to be C&J Wilson, a long established dealer and workshop (Kawasaki and Piaggio) who were there for donkey's years. Think they decided to duck out of the dealership and servicing gig some years back (can't recall if someone died, retired or whatever) and shift into online sales instead.

Ditto, I told my dealer what the cheapest price I found on line is and they matched it if I have them do the mounting on the removed tires. they had the tires in stock so no waiting.
