I’m a total numpty when it comes to understanding DTCs but a Google search quickly threw some light onto what this means. MAP means Manifold Absolute Pressure and people much cleverer than me advise this:
“It will likely be a bad vacuum line. There are three coming from the Throttle bodies to a union then one large one running to the map sensor. The map sensor one is probably leaking. You should check all four hoses and the four blank off caps one on ech throttle bodie and two on the rear throttle body. Also chek the electrical connection to the map sensor.”
Simples!

You said a few days ago that you replaced the fuel tank and checked all the wiring was connected but you've almost certainly missed the rubber small pipe that also fits on the stub next to the wiring plug (a common mistake), front right underside of the airbox from seat view AIR.
As for fault codes there is a downloadable .pdf here.
