Bluetooth earbuds?

I know its not exactly what you had in mind but at about £10 you could get one of these for the bike.
I took a punt on one (not exactly the same, as mine is no longer available), it was a few years ago and it still working for me.

I’ve just found one on eBay, about twice what you have paid, but still as cheap as chips.
Definitely worth a punt!

A friend is going to lend me his Anker earbuds with noise cancellation but they look as if they will push against the side of the helmet and put pressure on my ears.

I will hopefully have the Anker ones at the weekend and report back but I’ll also order a set of these ones for a compare and contrast review 🤣
