    A few post-OEM electrical mods

I finally finished off a few mods using the CAN bus to make changes to what I felt were minor OEM shortcomings.
No big deal, but here they are for what it's worth....

Intercepting status on the CANbus, I made these operational changes.

    1) DRL fog light:
I wanted to activate fog lights while DRLs are on.
So, OEM fog light circuit now available with  DRLs as well as Low &Hi beams. I can use the existing OEM switch.

    New handlebar level LEDS:
For better visibility to on-coming traffic,
Barkbuster white and orange LEDS installed giving larger profile,  and, using CAN bus,  white goes off automatically  when orange turn signals or hazards are on, like cars, giving clear vision for orange.

    Modes:
Audio alarm  reminder under seat sounds if engine re-started after using  off-road mode, because bike will override user setting and go back to road mode. This can be a problem on travel/dirt.

Finally simple, accessible  terminal wiring under seat to pick optional equipment  fusing.

    Here's a pic.

Must have been slow days checking stocks and shares lately.
Have you got the “nobody is allowed to pass me” button activated yet?

Coincidentally, very insightful K1W1, markets looked wobbly with rate rises so I took the money and ran for this financial year. Don't get greedy.
Out of the markets for a while. Thus..."hello Tiger, let's finish up those mods we started in lockdown!"
And yes, the 'no pass' feature is now automatic.

I will text GR and let him know. Do you think he will obey?  :001:

He doesn't  have much choice, we ran his 1000cc Africa Twin against my 800cc XCX - the XCX wins on acceleration in any gear. He needs a long runway to get that AT up to speed.
