Does anyone know what's going on??

Hi all,
I'm hoping one of you wonderful lot may be able to help with what's going on with my tiger.
I went for a long ride the other week 400 miles, came back washed bike, adjusted chain. Next time i went out on the bike I noticed that under quick acceleration that the bike would start to accelerate well but then at around 3-4 or 4-5k revs (gear depending) the bike would stop accelerating and judder slightly then carry on accelerating. I thought it could of been the chain so rechecked and adjusted slightly. It happened again, as the chain was near end of life anyway I chose to replace it and also the replaced the Cush drives while I was there. I went for a test ride after, started off well. I tried all types of accelerating where the problem appeared before and it wasn't there. Winner I thought......however went a little further and low and behold the fault came back again...
So I'm a bit lost now I can't work out the problem, has anyone had this issue before?
Bike Tiger 800 XRX 2015

12k service done in Nov
Fuel, Currently E10 (only 80 miles left) Could this be it??
No fault codes
Throttle bodies balanced
Only happens on quick acceleration in gear, runs fine on idle and when revved on idle
Gears select fine
Clutch replaced about 7k ago

Although the problem might have nothing to do with the engine, it sounds like a misfire issue which means one or more cylinders fails to produce the usual amount of power and the engine hesitates. Normally, in modern cars, they detect misfiring and even tell you which cylinder it is but, unfortunately, motorbikes don't seem to be capable of this. In general, misfiring can be difficult to diagnose and can have many causes including problems with injectors, coils or plugs.
In this case, it would be useful to know exactly when the problem happens. When you say 'quick acceleration', do you mean hard acceleration with the throttle snapped wide open and is the hesitation in every gear or just the higher gears? If you accelerate more sedately, does the problem still occur?

Could be caused by a leaky throttle body? I'm sure something similar has been mentioned on here before.

Thanks for the replies both. I was just thinking about potential coil issues and maybe a missfire but thought they may occur when I try and replicate at idle?
If I ride very sedately it doesn't do the problem, only when asking for a bit more go.

By their very nature, a mis-fire problem will be worse the more you put the engine under load - that is, when you are accelerating.

As Tripple3 mentioned, check for good spark. Note...your problem started after you washed it, ie coils, plugs, water ingress, etc.
Laterally unstable unless moving.

Triumph recommend fuel hoses are changed after 4 years , not sure why but they could be collapsing restricting fuel supply

Hey all
Thanks for the replies. Problems seems to of gone now. I changed all 3 plugs and changed the coils. (Triumph wanted £100 each!!) So I bought some from a bike breaker and all seems to be well. Hopefully it stays that way
