Garmin Zumo 390LM and lates map update

Does anybody did latest map update from Garmin to CityNavigator 2023.10?
I did and lost half an Europe....

Yes, same thing happened to me on my last Garmin Express Full Europe Update to my Nuvi 760, which has always been able to store Full Europe.
Now I only have UK, France and Spain !
No idea why,     but luckily I generally only need France.

  for the heads up. I'll download this latest and future downloads to my computer first, then check it in Basecamp and if complete then download the update to my Zumo.

Good idea Stevie and tell you what: I used an old computer, plugged the Zumo in and told Garmin Express to update just the maps on the computer. No probs really I seem to have all the necessary maps including the UK and France...
maybe they fixed the problem or it does not affect all machines, because it looks like trouble with the digital rights management so in other words some zumos do not tell the Garmin servers to what maps they are entitled to.

there is something really wrong with this update.

It did work well on basecamp but then I tried to load into my Zumo 390 LM and the trouble started. The satnav refused to start, once we took the sd-card out it started showing the previous map. Ok so we installed it again, satnav starts now, but apperently not the full Europe map is there it says ....NTU .. North, so Italy is missing I found out.

It takes ages under Basecamp to get the satnav connected and it takes another century to load the satnav map into basecamp, it fails to load from the sd card so in effect, the satnav map cannot be used under basecamp, something I normally do not do but I wanted to know which area is covered by the satnav map.
