Manifold studs - aftermarket

Hey all!
I’ve just been through the joyous task of taking the headers off my 2011 xc. It was not easy. Luckily none of the studs snapped in the head although some did snap at the bolt.
I want to get some better studs for the new headers, but triumph only sell mild steel studs. Does anyone have any recommendations for alternatives that are a bit more rob(r)ust?? And easier to work with over time?

I believe the SS ones below are correct for your Tiger:

Perfect, thanks for that! I gave them a call to double check, and put the order in! The guy was really helpful actually, I'll be going back there again (not for studs hopefully).

If an SS stud snapped, it'd be a bugga to drill out.
In our yoof we'd fit brass nuts, whatever happened to that idea, some cars came with them. Easy to cut off without damaging the studs.
Current bikes Tiger800 XRx, Tiger Sport 1050, Ariel FH 650, Yam Serow 225.

With ss make sure you put copper grease on thr threads before putting them in the head. if you use stainless nuts also put copper grease on as well. I have had no trouble using this tecnique

As said, you have to be careful fitting SS nuts on to SS threads to prevent galling (cold welding). Copper slip usually prevents it or copper nuts which is what I've got fitted on my other bike with SS exhaust studs.
