Hi
I am riding the NC500 in September with a mate. Does anyone know of a web site with B and B along the route or bike friendly places to stay?

Did it in the car last year and went anti clockwise, in my opinion thats definitely the way to go as the scenery just keeps on improving as you head round in that direction.
Mind you we did manage to make the 500 run to more than double that by a mass of detours - we took it slow.

Have a look here
https://www.northcoast500.com/
You will probably find many places already booked especially in the north west area around Scourie and Durness where accommodation is more scarce. If you want to really enjoy it and see lots of the scenery plan on riding around 120 -150 miles each day.
While you're up there dont forget Skye and the Ardnamurchan peninsula for more stunning roads and scenery

If you haven't been before I would consider starting in Pitlochry up to Cock Bridge, Tomintoul , make your way to Inverness, Bonar Bridge, past Loch Shin up to Laxford Bridge, then go left and do whatever you want of the West Coast down to Applecross. Much better ride.
