    Hello all Newby to here
I have a 2012 tiger 800xc with a fried ECU and what looks like damaged clocks/ speedo, rev needle is pointing at 5
Reading from a post back in 2021 from mega chops my bike has the exact same problem
Any advice on what parts will need replacing & where is best to source these, I'm in  Yorkshire UK
My understanding is ECU ignition with key and immobiliser ring Reg rec battery and clocks will need to be replaced

Reg/rec, battery and ECU probably, clocks might be repairable. Key, ignition switch and immobiliser ring probably reusable. Replacement ECU will need to be paired with your immobiliser by a Triumph dealer.
