Happy to help organise, if there is some way I can contribute please let me know.
Looking forward to it already
You're not allowed to come. We don't want it to rain!

will attend if date and location are favourable but suggestion of yoshikid of holding at his place sounds good idea for first one and then see how it goes and how many turn up and look at some where different the year after. just my thoughts.

I agree, but up for anywhere.
There is a great site at Dent (N.Yorks/South Lakes) which is favoured by bikers that would make a great location, old skool camping though so may not suit all, couple of pubs and BnB available too though. Also trail rides in the area though I've not tested 'em out. Another site in the North Lakes will accept a group of bikers but is rather commercial, had the XT660 meet there the last few years (40 of us last year).

The two threads have now been merged together and the resulting topic moved into the Events section as they didn't really belong where they were before.
In order to make sense a few posts have been removed but topic generally flows now.
Lets keep all future posts on this event in this topic from now on otherwise it gets confusing
Cheers

I/we could be up for this. Happy to camp too, to keep costs down, but a bunkhouse is fine for a 2 or 3 nighter if cheap enough.
Countries I've ridden: Scotland, England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Spain, Andorra, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Canada (hired bike).
Memorable places: Applecross, Barra, Calanish, Lascaux, Pyrenees, Connemara, Tofino, Lillooet, Sulphur Mountain, Nordkapp, Dalsnibba
