Adjustable Centerstand for Lowered Tiger?
« on: February 28, 2012, 11:06:04 PM »
Have a Tiger 800 XC that has been lowered 1". As a result it is difficult for me to get the bike on the centerstand with any weight to speak of at all in the panniers. I noticed a KLM 650 with an adjustable leg length centerstand the other day and was wondering if something like that is available for the Tiger.

Never seen one. But 1" lower XC sounds like the one for the Roadie should be perfect.

I think I got the XC stand by mistake, rear wheel about 5 in off the ground. Stands really high.

:0461: Sitting very high at rear, nothing at all like how mine looks.
Sometimes I like to squat down, put my arms around my legs and lean forward but that's just how I roll.

Did you also get a hernia?  The tire should be no more than two inches off the ground.
