You have to go White all day long, (I expect it would also help the resale - I am cynical and when browsing the adverts I would assume the bike had had an accident and the beak replaced) White it is

Get a white beak and you can always vinyl wrap it black if you want then remove the vinyl before you sell the bike.

If you really want a bargain price then buying one from AliExpress is the way to go. They are about £35 delivered. I have one on my 2019 XRT in blue. The colour is not quite the same as the Lucerne Blue of my bike but it’s not easily noticeable because the beak and other blue parts of the bike are not right next to each other. I’ve no idea how the white ones would match up to whatever shade of white Triumph uses.
Just a word of warning, if your XRT is a Gen 3 model then you’ve got to make a minor modification to the beak to get it to fit. I’ll not do it now but if you need the details then ask and I can describe what to do.
Here’s a photo with the beak fitted.

Thanks for that Fazer, lot cheaper than £159 for the oem part. How would you rate the quality? Also, does it give you better access to the horn, once fitted, like the triumph high level beak does? Thanks in advance.

Wow, can't believe they have gone up to £159 just looked at the one I fitted (Black) on eBay in January and I paid £99 - same one as is on there now from Bevan Motorcycles.

The AliExpress beaks are completely plastic. I haven’t looked at an OEM one but I think they are the same, although I obviously can’t directly compare the quality of the mouldings. At the price, I was willing to take a chance and I think that I got a bargain! There are lots of other Tiger 800 owners who’ve reported on Facebook that they’ve installed these cheapo versions and I haven’t seen any bad reports. If the beak gets a heavy knock it’s likely to crack but maybe the OEM one would be the same (?).
I have changed the horn since installing the beak and access was easy without needing to remove anything else.
