Give a man a fish and he'll demand chips, a six pack of stella, 20 fags and a scratch card to go with it. Make him do some work for his fish. He'll aporeciate it more.

For forming the radius I placed the blank on a pipe of the proper diameter and hit the blank with a mallet at the edges till it conformed to the pipe. Then I bent the tab by placing it in a vice, using wood pieces to protect the surface.
It took some trial and error to get the correct angle. When I was satisfied with the shape I sprayed the cover.

Got the rear wheel out. Discovered that the bearing cage on the R/H side had disintegrated and the balls had made a bid for freedom, which explained the rapid deterioration in handling. Also discovered that I couldn't get the old wheel bearings out, so ordered a slide hammer bearing puller and put Tigger back in the garage.

How many miles has your xrx done tauzero? or have you been going off road and jumping it?

Bought a complete set of Brembo sintered brake pads to fit when I get the opportunity over Xmas.
