As both bikes are new:

Heed bunker bars
Givi top box racks
Rad guards both Triumph
Dolomiti 46 litre top boxes

Mundane stuff chains cleaned and lubed.

Oh and the important bit 160 mile ride to my sons place for a weekend with family.

Hi there. I am considering the 31 litre Nomada panniers. They look like one of the few options which are cut around the exhaust and are more narrow than the bike mirror span. Do they look balanced on the bike? (Dont understand how they are both 31 ltr if one has a cut out). Also, are they ok with the stick exhaust and heat shield? Any chance of a photo from the rear? Appreciate any help as this is a big decision for me and my 2013 Tiger 800 road. Cheers

They are a nice neat fit.
I had the Arrow can on mine and needed to remove the heat shield

Thanks a lot for the quick reply. The panniers look great and not too wide. A definite winter purchase I think. Cheers

Had a ride up to the Peak District in great weather, ate a very nice steak and ale pie in Derbyshires highest pub, tried at bit of off roading but gave up when I dropped the bike and then rode home in a sulk.  :161:

Was going to fit heated grips, but hey, the sun was shining so went for a ride instead. 4 hours of fun and games around North Devon and East Cornwall. Brilliant (despite the rain and hail coming in, and temperature dropping loads)

Really falling in love with the Tiger! But must fit those grips - couldn't feel my fingers by the end!

Drained the coolant and removed the radiator to check and clean. Fan body had some surface rust but otherwise coinciding it's nearly 8 years old was in excellent condition. Cleaned off the rust and some hammerite and we are looking like new again.
Stupid is as stupid does.
