The bare minimum necessary to drain the oil and refill.
That will help a lot, probs not worth a video!

Your luck might be in. Noticed that something has been rubbing on my fork so hopefully get a new one and do a complete strip

How about clean and lube the throttle stepper motor? It's got me puzzled.

Ive never had a problem with mine, too wet up here for dust so not sure what lube to use.
The stepper motor is in clear view when you have the bottom of the air box removed.
If someone lets me know what the recommended products are to clean and lube and happily make a vid. Tried searching but couldn't find a final answer

"Dry Lube" has been mentioned for the stepper motor. PTFE spray?
