Just completed the 12K (actually 24K) valve check and luckily there were all within specs  :123:

In addition to that I had a noisy cam chain (occasionally) and a needed to replace the tensioner.

The videos were without question the key to getting the job(s) done.

Endless thanks to Muddysump. If I should find myself on your side of the pond again,  I owe you at least a few pints. :031:

There are many reason for choosing the 800 as my next bike, but having access to these videos is a huge bonus too.

As I already said on a YouTube vid, thank you so much for posting these ( even though you're probably doing yourself out of work ). You've taken a lot of the 'Black Arts' mystique out of servicing a bike  :028:
Doesn't matter where I'm going, getting there on two wheels is always the better option.

Thanks MuddySump.

I'm looking to do my own servicing in future so these videos will be invaluable.

Thanks

Copyright issues not withstanding, there are websites that allow you to download YT videos and save them locally

Tinkering is what happens when you try something you dont quite know how to do, guided by whim, imagination, and curiosity.
