Had Triumphs for years, and kept in a damp (ok wet) garage. I have never had a problem with corroded bolts. Be careful too, some fixings should never be lubed at all, and some are fitted using threadlock. Whereas Stainless nuts fitted to stainless bolts can sieze the first time you do them up from new without lube.

The novelty wears off after a while I'm told. (14 Years on, it's not yet worn off for me...)
