Hi all
I have a Yamaha Xmax as well as my Tiger. Apparently it has a Valve Regulated Lead Acid battery. On reading up on this is could either be an AGM or Gell type but it's still lead acid.
Am I right in assuming my Optimate 4 chargers are suitable for these batteries?
You guys will know!!
Thanks

Excerpt from details of Optimate 4 from Optimate website:
“Suitable for all types of rechargeable 12V lead-acid batteries: filler cap types; absorbed glass mat (AGM or "MF"); valve regulated (VRLA); GEL-electrolyte”
Google is your friend for simple questions like this.

I didn't get that far down. My mistake. I'm now off to eat humble pie and be suitably bollocked.
